Custom Orders

Custom requests and orders are welcome!  Custom orders are subject to individualized pricing, based on the nature of the materials and processes involved in creating one-of-a-kind jewelry.  Contact via email to begin a conversation about creating a piece(s) tailored specifically to you and/or your occasion!

Shipping

All items ship via USPS First Class with tracking information. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or for items not received due to incorrect shipping/delivery information. Please inquire about expedited or international shipping rates before placing your order.

Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the jewelry and small scale of Wolf + Rove, returns are not currently accepted.  However, exchanges can be made within 7 days of customer receipt of goods and must be returned undamaged and unaltered in original packaging via USPS First Class Mail.  Please email prior to mailing your item to initiate the exchange process.  All exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Due to their individual nature and our small scale production, custom orders are not eligible for exchange.
